Now Booking for Holiday Catering!!!

The Sans Souci Restaurant of Cleverdale, New York has once again opened its doors for the summer season and are excited to announce that we will be dining with you year-round!

For over 100 years, The Sans Souci of Cleverdale has been the favorite spot for generations of Cleverdale residents, family, and friends. We look forward to meeting you and getting to know your favorite dish!


As we draw close to the end of a successful first season as new operators of The Sans, we would like to thank all of our friends, family, loyal supporters and employees for making our first year so memorable! We will be serving dinner & drinks every Thursday-Saturday from now through New Year's Eve.

As you all know, Chef Mike has been working hard in our kitchen after quickly getting The Sans opened under the new ownership. Many of you know that Chef Mike will be taking some time for himself beginning in January to undergo a double knee replacement surgery. While we had hoped to stay open year-round, we will be closing our doors until spring to allow Chef Mike the time he needs to fully heal so that when we reopen, he will be on his feet and ready to whip up some delicious entrees for you!

Help us celebrate our first year in business at The Sans by joining us for our New Years Eve celebration. Make sure to wish Chef Mike good luck before his upcoming surgery! We wish everyone a safe and healthy Holiday season and we’ll stay in touch during the coming months. See you when the weather is warmer!
